We were very pleased with every aspect of this place, We recognized it was not a new facility, but it was very clean, apportioned extremely well, both for indoor needs and outdoor recreational needs. We enjoyed our month @ the condo Feb 2026. Everyrhing was clean & just as described. We had a minor issue with Wifi connection & property manager was very quick to resolve. Condo is comfortable (loved the heated massage chair in master), & excellent location to onsite ameneties s well as all of St. Augustine. Definitely recommend!

Such a wonderful place. It was so nice to have the extra's, like the beach blanket, yoga mat, games. Very clean, comfy, patio was amazing. We spent many hours out enjoying the patio.

I recently stayed at this condo with four friends, and we all agreed it was a fantastic experience. The condo was spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. Its location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. The space was incredibly comfortable, featuring the most comfortable beds and ample seating for everyone to relax. We especially enjoyed the lovely patio, which was the ideal spot to unwind. We were not notified there would be constricting the entire week, from early morning to dinner time. Caution tape was blocking one side of the entrance to the pool and beach. We choice this condo because we liked the easy access to the beach and the large play area directly in front of it, we were not comfortable with our grandchildren playing outside during the day. The loud noise was constant and did not give us the relaxing vacation we expected. Also, the kitchen faucet was not working properly and both doors did not open properly. The location and the beach were great.

We brought a group of High school seniors, some of whom had never traveled out of New England before. The place was amazing - great amenities, well-equipped kitchen, awesome balcony, pool, hot tub, beach access. One of my favorite features was the grocery carts available to bring food supplies up in the elevator!

Lovely condo

Really liked the first floor location as my husband has mobility issues. The walk-in shower was important to us. Property was well maintained. When we had issues getting the door key pad to work, help came very quickly and resolved the problem. Because the weather was not so great, we didn’t use the patio much, but it would be lovely in nice weather. We would book again.

Very nice place

This location was exactly as advertised and was a very quiet, gated community. It was exactly what we needed for a week get-away from our hectic daily life. We rested; the kitchen was well stocked; the linens were clean; the back patio was a lovely place to watch the sun come up and to have morning coffee. We had only one small issue when we arrived as the gate code didn't work, but the intercom backup plan at the gate worked fine. We found out the next morning that a couple of the code numbers had been transposed accidently. It worked great after that correction was made. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property

This is a wonderful first floor condo on the beach. The unit was clean and well maintained. The complex has many activities that we took advantage of...ping pong, tennis, play area for small children and a large grassy area right outside the unit to play frisbee and football. Overall it was very nice. Only issue for me was that the beds were very soft...but I just removed the foam topper and it was fine. Some others in my party had similar issues but overall I would stay here again.

Nice clean unit

A wonderful condo with comfortable beds. The only issue I had was the pots and pans. They did not have a pot big enough for pasta noodles, but I realize things will go missing.. the pots they did have were quality and the kitchen had plenty of dishes. The porch area was the best at the complex.

Plenty of activities

We were a group of seven, ages 5 to 78. We stayed at this resort to attend St Augustine’s Night of Lights and celebrate Christmas. We enjoyed all of the resort amenities such as indoor pool, ping pong table and tennis/pickleball courts. It was too cold for outside swimming but we did visit the hot tub. The unit was large enough for our group. There were plenty of outside balls, beach toys in the unit for the 3 boys in our group. The only issue we had is there is only one smoke detector and unsure if it is active since our one meal was very smoky and it did not set off the detector

Spring break

Great location. Able to b beachside and 15-20 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. I thought we would be closer but traffic/stoplights. The outdoor patio is great! Inside super cute - well decorated w/comfy couch. Master bed pretty comfy, on the firm side. stocked kitchen. Big grass area would be great for kids to play. Steps from the pool/hot tub/beach. Hot tub was nice and hot! Beach was gorgeous/huge not busy (early March). Mainly compacted sand which we loved, great running/walking/bike riding. Would highly recommend this condo. Wound rent again.
