An immaculate 3 bedroom modern house, all to yourself

Enjoy this beautiful, modern, central and peaceful home, whether with your family or friends. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests with comfortable Queen sized beds. A sofa bed is available at $50 per person per night. (The sofa bed must be requested for and paid for, 2 days before arrival.)
The living areas are well lit with natural light and drenched with Northerly sun in winter.
The house is conveniently located, 3 minutes drive to Belconnen Shopping Mall, 5 minutes to Hawker shopping centre and 15 minutes to the Canberra City.

Was average. It was advertised with a hot tub but there was none. When asked host about it she didn't even respond. Beds and shower were great but little things like pepper but no salt. Towel railing kept falling off. Back deck very dusty. Kettle leaked and lounges very uncomfortable.The house inside and bathrooms were very clean though. But I wouldn't recommend. Have stayed in nicer places and host slow to respond or didn't respond at all.

Almost a brand new house and very well kept. The furniture is well thought and beds are very comfortable. Smart TV, Wireless charging and modern appliances are a big plus. The host has even created a small corner for kids and kept some books and coloring activities. The bathrooms are very clean. It was winter so we couldn't do much outside, but a BBQ and dinning table and chairs were available on the deck. Certainly, would love to come back here in summer.

The property was great for us asked to turn aircon off at night what if it was hot or freezing cold. After we departed I received a text accusing me of vandalism the battery had fallen out of the security system in the laundry this was due to heavy vibration from the washing machine had caused the door to open.
