Thank you for the feedback. We did want to clarify that washcloths and hand towels are provided in each bathroom, and we also keep additional towels and washcloths stocked in the hallway linen closet for guests. Since you arrived days after your other guests, it’s also possible that the washcloths in the bathrooms had already been used by that point, which is why we keep additional clean ones stocked in the hallway closet. We wish this had been mentioned during your stay, as we would have been happy to let you know exactly where the extras were located or help with anything else you needed. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to take care of any concerns right away.
