Im originally from Brazil and like being in the mountains to hike, bike and be near (4.5 miles) the Topanga State Beach for surf.
Why they chose this property
Our stay is in Topanga's Canyons #1 neighborhood the "Post Office Tract" . Topanga is a very unique community situated in the Santa Mountain Range between Malibu to the north, Santa Monica to the south, The Pacific Ocean to the west and San Fernando Valley to the east. . We are only 12 minutes from the beach and approx 25 minutes to Santa Monica Promenade and Venice Beach, 35 mins to downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood.
What makes this property unique
We have owned this property for 25 years. Built in the 1940's/ 50's. We have spent years renovating and bringing it to its original beauty. The property has 3 individual Topanga Cottages as well as a 1969 Streamline trailer and numerous cabins. The grounds are amazing with rose gardens, fruit trees, numerous flowers, and a community vegetable garden for you to enjoy
