Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please strip beds, dirty linens and gather up the dirty towels and leave in the bathroom.
Clean all dirty dishes and throw the trash in the large green dumpster left side of the street on the way out.
Leave keys on the counter and please remember to lock the gates when leaving to protect privacy and security. Thank You
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please pickup waste after your pets and dispose of in the trash

Place needs some TLC.

Spectaular View.This is a good place for sleeping , showering , and hiking. Kitchen had a rocking stove , burnt pans and no cooking oil, a few outdated spices, furniture stained and falling apart. Stairs entrances had nails and catus on the hand railings. The stairs to the entrance was VERY steep and uneven. Parking was limited on an extremely narrow road.

Im originally from Brazil and like being in the mountains to hike, bike and be near (4.5 miles) the Topanga State Beach for surf.

Why they chose this property

Our stay is in Topanga's Canyons #1 neighborhood the "Post Office Tract" . Topanga is a very unique community situated in the Santa Mountain Range between Malibu to the north, Santa Monica to the south, The Pacific Ocean to the west and San Fernando Valley to the east. . We are only 12 minutes from the beach and approx 25 minutes to Santa Monica Promenade and Venice Beach, 35 mins to downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood.

What makes this property unique

We have owned this property for 25 years. Built in the 1940's/ 50's. We have spent years renovating and bringing it to its original beauty. The property has 3 individual Topanga Cottages as well as a 1969 Streamline trailer and numerous cabins. The grounds are amazing with rose gardens, fruit trees, numerous flowers, and a community vegetable garden for you to enjoy
