Welcome home to this spacious 2800 sq Ft, 4 bedroom house with a gorgeous heated pool (summer/winter)
Pool is perfect for both summer months and can be heated in winter months to make your stay even more enjoyable. Note: There’s no extra charge to heat the pool in this property. Pool heating is included as complimentary in this property for entire duration of your stay.

LOCATION: House is within 10-27 mins from major cities including Scottsdale, Tempe, ASU, Chandler, Gilbert, Downtown Phoenix, Sky harbor Airport and Phoenix - Mesa Gateway airport.

INDOORS: Large living room downstairs, gourmet kitchen, ping pong or game room. 4 bedrooms upstairs: Huge Master bedroom with king mattress and 3 guest bedrooms with beds in all.
Loft or flex room upstairs for work/exercise.

OUTDOORS: Optional Heated pool with water fall. Patio with furniture set, fire place, barbecue grill and backyard misting system

PARKING SPACE: 2 car garage and 2 more spaces for driveway.

AMENITIES: Coffee maker/Keurig with ingredients, streaming platforms for all tv viewing options, ping pong set, super fast wifi, barbecue grill, air fryer, modern refrigerator etc.

POOL DISCLOSURE : Swimming pool is clean, standard and built to be safe for responsible use. Swimming pool is fenced with a lock and key and this will be made available to the guest. Pool must be locked at all times if not in use and kids MUST NOT swim unsupervised.
Host is NOT responsible for any injuries sustained by any guests during the stay and by booking this property, guest is aware and assumes risk of any incidents that may occur during their stay.
