The home was very clean & cozy. There were plenty of the essentials supplied. Maddie was quick to respond to my questions or concerns. It was very quiet, technically being after the summer rush. I would recommend staying here.

Great small lake house for a weekend getaway

Had 4 people stay at the place and had plenty of room great yard and the lake was fun, lots of fish to catch very quiet and peaceful.

Perfect place with lots of nice extras. Spent much of our time on the provided kayak and paddle board. Extremely comfortable beds and a nice living space on a very quiet lake. The waterside fire pit was also wonderful. Nothing negative to say at all! I will say if you are looking for a swimming lake, this is a fairly shallow area, but it still was great to paddle around and enjoy the stunning sunsets and views.

Relaxing stay by the water

We had the best time. The house was very clean and everything you need. So peaceful on the deck listening to the water. The area is beautiful and very easy to get around and explore. Thank you again it was definitely a 5 star!!

Nice place to stay. Near a number of lakes for above average fishing. Places to eat in the area that they recommended were spot on. We had to leave early due to some unforeseen family issues so did not fully get to use our allotted time. Adjustment of the thermostat was a minor problem for us but they were able to take care of it by phone. Very clean. Nice host to deal with.

Lovely house on the lake

We had so much fun visiting Minnesota right on the lake, especially with all the water toys -- paddle board, pedal boat, lily pad, and kayak! House was lovely and cuter than in the photos.

Maddie was extremely welcoming and attentive. She answered all my questions promptly. We were in the area to ice fish and this two bedroom house was perfect for our group. The house looks to be recently updated and was spacious enough for our group of 4. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The views over the lake were beautiful. This was a gem to find. I highly recommend.

Lake like glass

The house was everything we hoped for. Very clean and inviting. As you walked in you immediately felt as if you were home. There is great water access for kayaking. The deck is wonderful and a great place to enjoy the sun. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this property.

sooooo much FUN!!

Just what we were looking for….a quiet, peaceful place by the lake for a weekend get-a-way! My family made many memories together as we enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, paddle boating, and water toys! We also played many rounds of corn hole…..and loved sitting around the fire pit roasting hot dogs and s’mores! Hiked at nearby Minneopa State Park where there is beautiful waterfalls, trails…and a bison herd to experience!

Fam getaway

Everything as advertised. Beds quite comfortable and nice smart TV to watch football game. Plenty of linens. We didn’t really cook but kitchen well stocked if you wanted to. Really great campfire ring by the lake and able to have nice fire and make smores with grandkids. Used deck several times and enjoy the view.

The rental was very clean and comfortable, and it was just as it looked in the vrbo pictures. Enjoyed the mornings sitting on the deck with coffee and watching, listening to the birds. The only thing I would have changed would be the weather. It was very hot and humid and rainy. Would like to try to go in the fall when we could have the windows open.
