Words cannot fully express how at home we felt in the Bungalow. The property is perfectly situated in an ideal location, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood rich with character, culture, and beautiful cactus landscapes. Everything you could possibly need is conveniently nearby—many attractions and amenities are even within walking distance.We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Mr. Josiah’s place in the future to once again experience and enjoy the vibrant Phoenix lifestyle. Great house in AMAZING location!

We spent a week at Josiah's house and already looking forward to going back. The space is clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. And you can not beat the location! It's a short walk to Coronado's vibrant restaurant, bar, and coffee shop scene. Close to everything!

In Phoenix for my son's first year of college. This was my first time in Phoenix so I wasn't aware of the city and good areas to stay. This property was perfect in every way - clean, location, size, nicely stocked kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner, quiet neighborhood, and good communication Josiah and Lora. I would give 10 stars for cleanliness if I could. This property is well taken care of and it is reflected in every detail. Will definitely stay here again on future trips. THANK YOU!

Great location and property. Very safe, central location, and friendly neighbourhood, The house was clean and as advertised. Checkin and out was seamless and easy. Communication with Josiah, owner was great. He was very responsive and helpful. The only reason it is not 5 stars was a leak in the main bathroom. The were heavy rains on two evenings. After the first evening, we awoke to find water leaking through the bathroom ceiling fan/light. This occurred on Easter Sunday. I alerted Josiah and he responded right away. He had someone out fixing the roof the next day. With the exception of the leak, 5 out of 5!

Place was very nice inside and out and very clean, there was some damage inside the property and was addressed and reassured we were not going to be held responsible but nothing major. The only real bad thing for us was that there is “ANOTHER PROPERTY” within 6 feet from the rear door which is located in the master bedroom, arriving late at night our first night not knowing everything about this property and come to find out there is another living quarters on the property was a pretty unpleasant feeling having that unknown factor of who or if anyone was in a building we did not know about 6 feet from where we were sleeping. That’s the biggest thing that will stick with us, especially for what we paid.

Post university, I moved to Southern California where I was introduced to the Real Estate industry. Although short-lived, a passion was sparked, and I began my investing journey. Since Southern California, I have resided in Scottsdale, AZ, and Las Vegas, NV.

As a professional, I spent the past 20 years in contact center operations, as a senior leader/executive team member, leading global teams that exceeded 2,000 employees. My strengths lie in automation, creating sustainable systems and processes that enable a consistent experience for each user, a keen attention to detail, and building teams that win… In other words, a numbers geek that loves people. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to marry my skills and passion to begin a hospitality business for travelers like yourself! Win!

My soon to be wife and co-host, Lora, has spent the past 20 years in the hospitality industry, and is second to none at ensuring our guests are well cared for, and made to feel at home in our properties.

In our spare time, we of course enjoy traveling, trying new cuisines, we have both adopted a life of health and fitness, but enjoy a good whiskey and/or margarita on the weekends.
