Four comfortable bedrooms, a separate TV room, and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area all facing spectacular ocean and mountain views. Sit in the modern design and comfortable living room watching the surfers and the sunsets. Then hit the water either on the beach, the pool or the hot tub and make use of the generous outdoor showers, board and wetsuit storage and comfy outdoor seating.

Very comfy TV lounge with L shaped couches and a mini fridge, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The lounge opens onto the covered patio with a Jacuzzi and swimming pool.
