Non-ideal mix up with booking

I booked on VRBO but when I got to the property the owners were surprised to see me there for check in and to hear I was able to book it. There seemed to have been a miscommunication with VRBO and the renters. Kim and Chris did try their best to accommodate me and my partner for which I am thankful but there are definitely areas for improvement as they had not rented this cottage before. The location is really great for access to Noordhoek beaches.

We have a cottage behind the main house which is entirely independent to the main house.If you require lunches or Dinners,Kim my wife, can organize this as she ran her own Restaurant in Spain.Also Spa days in the studio can be organized as well as Yoga and personal trainers.Chris can show you the local walks, organize golf,bikes or tours ,and let you know the best wineries in the Constantia Valley.
