Not luxury

Location was good and beach access is just a few steps but room needs a deep cleaning there’s was blood on curtains in master and also on the pillows there were stains on the mattress cover and a large looked like pee stain on the mattress itself. There was a large amount of dust on numerous thing that were obviously not cleaned since they were installed. The furniture was literally falling apart. The entry door could only be locked by the automatic lock and not the slide lock due to the door being kicked in at some point and it could not be closed properly due to that.

Not as expected

The location was great. The place was filthy. Bed spread had white stains on it. Inch of dust. Nail clippings on nightstand. Toilet was groce. Bed was broken. TV didn't work. Roku was broken. They did replace bedding and temporarily fixed the bed. Would be a great condo if it was taken care of.

Always a great stay

This place has become a home away from home. It's very well equipped for anyone to feel at home. The location and view from the balcony are outstanding. This is our 3rd time staying at this place and we are always very happy with it. If weather is not cooperating, there are plenty of things to do just a couple miles away or just go enjoy the indoor area of the pool. The owner is very quick to reply if anything is out of sorts. We couldn't ask for more. :-)

Amazing 10/10

My friends and I stayed here for Spring Break and it was absolutely perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. We LOVED the giant balcony and took lots of naps on the day bed. Sowmya was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again!! The hot tub and beach service is also amazing.

2nd Stay - Always A Great Time

This was our 2nd stay in this condo. The owner is very engaged and responsive. This year we had a slight hiccup (no fault of the owner), and she resolved it quickly. She also communicated with us regarding Hurricane Helene’s status, and let us know the property protocols. We will absolutely book this condo again in the future!

Couples Vacation 35 years of friendship going strong!!!

We enjoyed our week so much the property was very nice and had the most amazing views. This space was a great size for 4 people everyone had privacy the air conditioner works extremely well the shower was awesome and most of all the host was very accommodating and pleasurable to deal with. We absolutely cannot wait until next time.

Stunning view! Great location!

We loved the huge balcony. The weather was a little cold during our stay, but we were still able to enjoy the view and sounds of the waves. When it was warm enough to enjoy the beach, we appreciated the beach service so we didn’t have to worry with hauling down chairs and an umbrella. The bed was very comfortable and waking up to views of the gulf was the perfect start to the day!

Condo

The place was amazing! We saw manatees, stingrays, and sharks from the balcony. We brought binoculars which made it amazing! The condo was beautiful and well maintained!Thank you for the use of the lounge chairs and umbrella at the beach. Also the accessories for beach in the condo were a plus ( cooler, noodle, and washer and dryer).We will definitely be back SAME place SAME time. The only complaint we have is : That we couldn’t take that beautiful view back with us. THANK YOU for sharing your condo and making it a perfect place for memories!

Nice place!

Very nice place. Perfect view with awesome balcony. The nice chair outside is very worn but I bought a sheet to put over it and it was perfect. The couch is somewhat a fold out. Its kind of like a trundle bed that pulls up. It doesn't advertise that it is a fold out just thought I would share. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because a lot of the dishes were put up dirty and the floor wasn't mopped very well. I would stay here again!

The condo was dirty. Dust bunnies all over the condo. Furniture was uncomfortably. There was hair and mold in the shower. Bath rugs were dirty. Sand and hair was throughout the condo. Finger prints all over the glass doors. Urine stains on the bed. A hole on the floor in the kitchen. Oven was disgusting. No one wiped it down.

Relaxation with a view

We had a great vacation. Loved the view, the patio was amazing with lots of seating and large table. The king beds were nice and comfy too. The parking garage is a huge plus. We didnt bring beach chairs because we didnt have room to bring them and they had advertised there would be some in the unit in addition to the beach service. When we arrived there was only 1 chair. I notified the host so that we wouldnt be held responsible for the missing chairs. She ordered 4 new chairs and had them shipped to the condo for us to use during our stay. She didnt have to do that but went above and beyond to ensure we had everything to make our atay as pleasant as possible. We love the area and condo. Cant wait to come back again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Good not great

Pros: good communication with owner. Comfortable bedding. Close shopping/restaurants. Very nice extra beach chairs. Great water pressure. Beautiful beach front. Cons: couch is very uncomfortable, simply feels like a brick. Looks very nice though. The daybed is dingy and moldy. Pics just have been from when first purchased. Both sliding doors were hard to open and also had a lot of mold. Upon arrival there was so much sand on every floor surface I had to spend a long time sweeping it up. The sliding doors also had lots of smudges. Giving the uneasy impression of the entire condo possibly not being clean. Beach chair service was not as professional as other places I’ve stayed. The pool bottom was extremely rough and smaller than I thought. The parking lot was also rather annoying. We were on the 4th floor and the levels are a bit tight and hard to move through. All of this is not being nit picky but more to help others have better/accurate detail. I had a wonderful time and none of these things were super horrible but also made the condo overpriced in my opinion and compared with other places I’ve stayed. If it were 1000 less I’d not have been surprised by these few things.

Perfect size for two couples Love having 2 bathrooms and the kitchen has so many utensils for cooking meals! Nice new furniture with very tasteful decorations. Coffee in the morning on the balcony can’t be beat.

Wonderful stay. The views were spectacular! The location was great if you like a quieter vacation away from the crowds of PCB. While it is quieter, everything you need is within a 5-10 minute drive (including a seafood market with the best fish). We also walked to Mike's for dinner and the food was incredible! The beach chair service was amazing and we used it every day. So relaxing to not have to haul umbrellas and chairs to the beach. The condo was everything we needed as a family of 4. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. We ate most of our meals on the balcony watching the ocean and listening to the waves. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. The beds and the pillows were so comfortable and upgraded from other basic rentals we have stayed in. I saw other comments about the place needing a deep cleaning. While I agree the baseboards could use a cleaning/painting and bathroom rugs could be a different color to not show dirt, I felt very comfortable in the condo and felt like everything was clean. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay was fantastic. The condo is beautiful, clean, spacious, and accommodating; had everything we needed. My mother enjoyed her meals and reading on the balcony at the large table. Beach chair service that’s included was wonderful. The Gulf front view did not disappoint!! I highly recommend this property and plan on staying again soon.

When we arrived, the condo was not clean, even after their cleaning company had supposedly prepared the unit for our check-in. The bedding looked unsanitary, hair all over the floor and in the shower, inch thick dust on the wall decorations and a rusty air vent. It smelled musty. The lights in the refrigerator were out. I believe it has been awhile since the owner has viewed her property. For the safety and health of my family, we refused to stay there and ended up renting another condo at the same resort. I communicated the problem with the owner and asked for any type/amount refund since her unit would be empty for the week and her VRBO ad was misleading and the photos were older photos. She refused to do anything other than send her cleaning crew out again. Another cleaning could not correct the bigger underlying problems. If I were the owner, I would have been embarrassed that a family refused to stay in my rental for the safety and health of their family.

Beautiful

This was our first time staying on this end of PCB. We usually stay on Thomas Drive. Surprisingly, we loved the location. The condo is very nice and was perfect for our needs. The only issue I had is that the balcony doors are too hard to open. I had to have my son or husband open them for me, which was inconvenient because I'm usually up quite a bit earlier than everyone else and enjoy quiet mornings on the balcony. We saw a turtle, a manatee 2 mornings in a row, and even some baby sharks from our balcony! I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Our vacation stay was great. We had some clogged pipes in the bathroom and some trouble with the main TV I called the owner, Somya, and she adressed the problems right away. We all had a wonderful stay there.
