21 Port Tack - Screened In Pool with Lagoon Views

** 21 Port Tack **

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features exquisite lagoon
and golf views. Ideal for a large family or two families to share with
two living areas to make the perfect amount of space for everyone.
Enjoy a short stroll to the beach for daytime activities and/or gather
around the screened in pool (can be heated for a fee) in the evenings.

Guests of 21 Port Tack can also rent a kayak in Palmetto
Dunes & explore the 13 mile lagoon system that winds it's
way throughout the Resort or enjoy the miles of bike paths
within the Palmetto Dunes Resort. The Dunes House with
it's beachfront bar & dining is also available to guests with
limited free parking. The "Dune Buggy" is available during
seasonal times to transport guests within Palmetto Dunes and
Shelter Cove for FREE. Reserve a court at the Palmetto
Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center or enjoy rounds of golf at 3
different golf courses in Palmetto Dunes (Fees apply for these
activities).

**First Floor**

* Two spacious living areas, one with a Flat Screen TV, and one
without for a quiet space to enjoy one of the various board games
provided by the owner or to relax while you read a book.
* Large kitchen with island and counter top bar stools.

* Master Bedroom with King bed, Flat Screen TV, and a private
bath with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was well laid out, well equipped and well located. The pool was a great attraction to our grandkids. The only negative was construction next door should have been disclosed early.

Great July 4th

The house plan is very open & spacious. The inclosed pool was great for the kids to cool off. Short walk to beach or bridge to watch fireworks from afar. Neighborhood was very quiet. So many attractions for the kiddos. You will love it

Wonderful spacious home!

We had an awesome time staying here. Had 3 couples and 2 teens. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The beds and furniture were all super comfortable! We were nervous about the pool with it being covered - but it was awesome. Got enough sun in the pool to keep everyone happy - but the beauty is that it does not roast in the sun. Water temp was so refreshing. Only negatives about the pool would be the pool deck is very rough on the feet. Could use a redo to make it a little smoother. Location in Palmetto Dunes is great! On the lagoon and across from golf course. Great dock with seating to watch the golfers go by as well as to watch the wildlife in the area. Short walk down to the beach access - maybe 10 min at a leisurely pace. Kitchen had all we needed - and plenty of plates, silverware etc! Wish there were some basic spices, etc. but that was not a big deal. AC worked great - which was needed as daily temps were in the Mid 90’s all week. Will definitely come back to this house again if we are in HHI!
