Newly updated and refurnished home as of October 2022. Highly desired location in the Palmetto Dunes, this 4 bedroom, 3 full bath sprawling home can accommodate up to 8-10 guests, this home is the ideal for family vacations, golf, and friends reunions. By the Robert Trent Jones golf course 6th green and offers a quiet street to enjoy the separate outdoor spaces. It also includes a screened porch, and private pool/hot tub. You are 0.7 miles from the beautiful white sand beaches! Must see!

The Space:
The house is a single level sprawling ranch, it is mobility challenged friendly. There are three outdoor living spaces including the private pool patio. There is another comfortable patio to escape the sun if needed, and a screened in porch area if you want to enjoy the outside but leave the bugs behind. This is a great home to enjoy your group, but also have privacy to get away.

Guest Access:
The home is all yours while you are there. We have some owners closets which are for us, but that is it.

The Neighborhood:
The Bamboo House at 20 Off Shore is a newly updated and refurnished home as of October 2022. In a highly desired location in the Palmetto Dunes Plantation, this 4 bedroom, 3 full bath sprawling home can accommodate up to 8 adults and a total of 10 guests, this home is the ideal spot for family vacations, golf trips, and friends reunions. The Bamboo House backs up to the Robert Trent Jones golf course 6th green and offers a quiet street for you to enjoy the two separate outdoor living spaces. It also includes a screened in porch with smart TV, and a private pool with hot tub. You will be just 0.7 miles from the beautiful fine white sand beaches that are a must see! Through the convenience of the complementary Dunes Buggy transportation seasonally, you are just a few minutes to the beach, three golf courses, restaurants, shops, tennis, or pickleball courts within Palmetto Dunes, as well as all Shelter Cove properties! The stunning Bamboo surrounded private pool is your perfect sanctuary with lounges, table for dining, grill, and multiple other seating areas for you to enjoy the amenities. While a starter set of amenities will be provided for you, you can also opt in for our concierge services, and skip the grocery store. We can have the fridge and cabinets stocked for you when you get here. That way you can jump right into vacation mode!

Getting Around:
House has driveway and garage big enough to hold 4 cars. Parking on street or yard is not allowed. Bikes can be rented from the resort, and they will be delivered to you at the house. There is a wagon provided in the garage along with beach chairs and beach toys. Walk to the beach is only .7 miles. You can also call the Palmetto Dunes Buggy for a free ride to anywhere on the resort.

Interaction with Guests:
You can always contact me via texting, and I am always available to answer your questions or help if something isn't working right at the house. As we all know homes will sometimes need maintenance, and we are happy to get it done ASAP for you.

Cozy and clean

Beautiful respite from the sun, just minutes from the beach.

The property offered plenty of space for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub had wonderful shade and privacy that offered a refreshing break from the sun when it got too intense. The beach was an easy walk/bike ride away. The neighborhood offered many beautiful walking/biking paths. It was a great place for a family vacation.

PERFECT!

This house was perfect for our family. The grandkids loved the pool of course. Short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Would absolutely stay there again.

The Perfect Week!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Bamboo House! The Host was beyond attentive, checked in, and willing to answer any questions. We were so appreciative! The house was perfect for our family with Grandparents and two kiddos under two with it being a one story and easy access to a pool and spa! We didn’t want to leave!

We are from Avon, Ohio and love our time and vacations on Hilton Head Island at the Bamboo House. I look forward to being your host, and hope you love our home as much as we do!

20 Off Shore provides all of the amenities needed whether you are looking for family fun by the pool, poker night with your fellow golfers, or just lounging around enjoying the screened in porch area and big screen TV.

What makes this property unique

We love our visits here, because for us everything is walkable. Behind us, besides the 6th green on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, is great shopping just across the golf course and road. Also behind us is access to the wonderful bike trail which we love to use to both walk and bike to the many areas Hilton Head Island has to offer. We are just .7 miles to the beach, and if you don't feel like waling or biking there is always the Dunes Buggy you can cell to get a ride to the local places. Our Bamboo House is in a great location to say the least!
