This quiet, two-story home sits on a spacious piece of property near the end of a short, dead-end, dirt road in the Katama neighborhood of Edgartown. Hop on the bike path to reach renowned South Beach (less than two miles south) and take daily strolls into town (just over a mile north) for dinner or a bit of shopping.

One of the most wonderful aspects of this property is its incredible outdoor living space. Ride your bikes home from the beach to rinse off in the outdoor shower and watch your kids play in the private yard. Light the gas grill on the expansive deck, dine alfresco with a view of the trees, and spend the evening hours sharing dessert, coffee, and stories on the screened porch.

The beachy interior has been thoughtfully renovated throughout, providing such modern comforts as central air, generous windows, and large, open living spaces. Cook with ease in the polished kitchen with stainless steel appliances and sit down for family meals at the farm-style, live-edge table in the dining room. After dinner each evening, gather in the living room for board games and movies on the TV with cable and streaming capability.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
