As you approach the pool there is a cozy gas fire pit, a grilling area, & plenty of yard space for yard games.
The Pool and Spa Oasis offers a unique experience with a saltwater pool and pool house consisting of an accordion window bar counter, half bath, fridge, beverage cooler, dishwasher, sink, a/c, and outdoor shower.
**The studio apartment above the garage is available to rent separately.
It may or may not be occupied during a rental but, if occupied, there will be no access to the pool area and that side of the house. Convenience at its finest! Come where everyone can have their own space to relax!
