Great Family Vacation Spot!

This was an amazing property with gorgeous views of the ocean and beach! The beach is literally out the back door! We paid extra to heat the pool for the children and it was perfect! Loved cooking Thanksgiving dinner with the expansive view of the ocean! Plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy and yet be together. Close proximity to shopping and dining! I would come back in a heartbeat and plan on making reservations for next year!

WORST EVER

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was alot of sand in the kitchen area and even more on the outside deck areafound dead bugs in most bathrooms (who cleaned)ice maker does not function and refrig ice maker isn't producing we spent alot on bagged ice2nd floor clothes washer doesn't cycle maint came by but no repair completedtorn blind in bunk roomTV on third floor marsh view does function and the shower door leakstv's cannot all be on at the same time including laptops cell phones etc.no towel racks in bathroomsbedding is the worstTHIS HOME WAS NOT COMPLETELY RENOVATED
