About this property

Oceanfront - Very Comfortable - Windsor Court

We upgrade a few things every year. We have a full size kitchen and two full baths. Bikes, canoes, chairs on the beach are all available to be rented. The landscaping and area is managed daily.

The villa is in fantastic shape. All the one bedrooms at Windsor Court South have the same floor plan but we think ours is the most comfortable with tile floors and HD TV, new furniture and easy access if you choose not to use the elevator.

Our favorite spot with this condo is the balcony. The way the unit is situated, most of the balcony is in shade throughout the day and breezes off the ocean come up between buildings on either side and provide a near constant cooling. Also, even though this is a 1st floor unit, we can see the ocean from the balcony, and, if we want to, can walk to the beach in about 5 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and the pool and beach access very close. We liked the firepit near the pool one evening!!! Owner was very responsive to our questions and concerns.

We had no internet, tv or phone service for 6 of the 7 days. We played property manager one day waiting on internet provider who didn’t show up because he called owner who didn’t answer. Owner was going to work this out with me but never did. Property is great! Unit was fine.

Great Getaway

Great long weekend

We spent a long weekend at this property in mid September. Place was very clean, we loved watching the deer in the late afternoon from the balcony. The pool and beach was an easy walk away. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return for a future visit.

Wonderful location

Beautifully decorated and very spacious condo in Palmetto Dunes which is a great location. Quiet and peaceful with a ocean view overlooking a nicely landscaped area. Close to the steps and elevator which makes a visit to the beach a breeze. I hope to get to visit again.

We live in Atlanta and love the fact that travel is all four lane highways to the island. The island has a very high percentage of second homes so this leaves the best restaurants with short waits 9 months of the year.

Why they chose this property

Hilton Head Island is more family oriented than cities we looked at in Florida. The island also has a fall and spring season that are very comfortable with very little humidity.

What makes this property unique

We bring our own kayaks, golf clubs, and bikes and stay on the beach as much as possible. The beach is long enough to ride for miles! Bike trails traverse through the all the communities if you want to ride under the old oak trees.
