Welcome to our stunning 4 bedroom 3 bathroom cabin, complete with a loft area overlooking the main living space and a game room in the basement. As you enter the cabin, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance that exudes comfort and relaxation.

The primary bedroom is situated on the main floor and boasts a plush king bed and a private bathroom that offers complete privacy...together, encouraging a feeling of true unwinding. Upstairs, you'll find two more cozy bedrooms with queen beds, a loft with a bunk bed that is sure to delight the kids, and a full bathroom.

The basement is where the fun begins! Here, you'll find a game room that features ping pong, darts, Pac-Man and Street Fighter arcade games, Skee-Ball, and a retro Nintendo with 600+ games pre-loaded. The basement also has a bedroom with two twin beds and its own bathroom for the ultimate convenience.

As you step outside, you'll be met with a wrap-around porch that features comfortable rocking chairs on the screened-in front porch and a padded wicker dining area on the back deck with market lighting. There's even a conversation table area right outside the primary bedroom where you can relax and unwind in a tranquil setting.

Perfect for a family get away !

We celebrated our mom’s 80th birthday ! The entire house was big enough to visit and the fire pit area was amazing ! Special touches such as basic seasoning, fully stocked coffee bar and toiletries made it feel like home !

We enjoyed our stay! This is our second time at the Coosawattee River Resort, and we will be back. We enjoyed this property. The game room was a big hit with the adults and children. The property owners were very accessible and responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Overall great experience!

Amazing night get away

Loved every bit of out night stay! This property was very well maintained and clean. My daughter and her friends had a blast hanging out by the camp fire and hanging out in the game room. She said this was has been her favorite birthday party yet! They owners communicated very quick with any questions we had. Already recommended this property to friends.

Cabin needs some TLC-starting outside: cushions are dirty and moldy,Inside: seemed fairly clean- but the decorative pillows are all stained- the rug under the dinning room table looks stained - the stools under kitchen island are falling apart- kitchen is lacking everyday items like FORKS, cookware was unusable they were burnt and or scratched- we had to purchase plastic forks and 2 pans to cook with at Walmart- no Tupperware/food storage in sight -the outdoor grill Wasn’t was was listed/pictured- it was a smaller charcoal one that was useless for our group of 10- fireplace was broken for months according to host which wasn’t disclosed to us at booking- Upstairs bathroom wouldn’t drain properly- showers had to be delayed inbetween people-Basement shower had no linen- only a shower curtain which turned into a overflow of water anytime anyone showered -Wasn’t my favorite place to stay at- reached out to host w questions regarding forks and when they said they would have have them sent over the next day it was late in the afternoon before o sent out a request for Instacart to deliver to us- I also mentioned if they wanted a list of issues /concerns and they went silent- Overall the cabin is ok, the location is great but I will not recommend staying there until they update-resolve issues- made for stressfulStay with our family as we were having to wash the only 4 forks on premises inbetween us eating, the shower situation wasn’t ideal w the draining issues- was bummed d

Ellijay has the friendliest people we have ever met...most would give the shirt off their back to a stranger! The setting downtown seems straight out of a Hallmark movie with brick buildings and the mom and pop shops. Mix that with the amazing views of the mountains in the background and you've got a perfect place to get away.

What makes this property unique

Harper's Hideaway is designed with family in mind...heck, it's named after our daughter! This cabin is something we put our heart and soul into to fit the needS of our extended family. With our two young kids sleeping in the loft bunk bed, parents in the upstairs bedroom, and cousins in the basement on the twin beds, we really feel the layout and design of is PERFECT for our family vacations and we hope it is for yours as well!
