Pet Friendly, sleeps 11, near downtown

We love our location because we can park our car and never have to move it. We are a short walk to the beach (2 blocks), shopping (2 blocks to Groovy Girlz), restaurants (2 blocks to O'Donnell's Pour House), parks (3 blocks to the playground, basketball courts, and pickle courts), library.

Inside, this house offers FIVE spacious bedrooms plus a large living room renovated with hardwood floors. This airy living room features cathedral ceilings and opens to the dining area which seats 8 comfortably. Our fully equipped kitchen offers your family a huge island with seating for 4. The top 2 floors are wired with professional surround sound including the 2 decks!
We have 2 decks; the large deck off of the family room is fully furnished with seating for 8 to 12 people!

The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one queen sized and one with 2 twin beds. The second floor or main floor bedroom has a pyramid bed with full sized futon on the bottom and twin on top. It is situated behind the kitchen. The third floor has an extra large king sized master bedroom plus a door leading to its own 8 foot by 11 foot deck. This deck is furnished with a pair of lounge chairs for some quiet time for catching the sunset. The second bedroom on this level has 2 twin beds. Each floor has a full bathroom with tub and shower.

This house has garage parking plus 2 more parking spots on the cement driveway. We offer 4 bikes for your use and many beach toys, extra chairs, etc. Feel free to grill on our Weber and the auxiliary refrigerator can store all your beverages for the beach or your grilling foods. There is no need to go back up to the kitchen and you don't have to worry about bringing too much food or drink to this house. There is room to store it.

We have a partially fenced grassy backyard. In the back is also a spacious enclosed outdoor shower area.

This house offers WiFi, cable, Keurig and regular coffee maker, Crockpot, toaster oven, toaster and many serving dishes.

We strive for 5 star ratings every time. This house rents up quickly and is a favorite with large families.

You don't have to move your car but if you do feel like driving, we are only minutes to Water Parks in Ocean City and Wildwood, less than 30 minutes to Atlantic City casinos and shopping.

***In the off -season, the town does not have weekend trash pick up. Therefore we have to ask you to take the trash and recycles to the town dump which is by the JFK and on the way out of town.
Secondly, the bottom floor is built over a crawl space and can get chilly. We do have a space heater and extra blankets but do pack warmer pajamas.***

The house was nice having 3 floors. The bikes were a huge plus!! And grateful for the heat and AC since it’s that time of the year for both. My favorite part is that the owner is VERY communicative and was helpful with some small things that we needed help with! Would stay here again if we find ourselves this way!

Perfect house for an extended family stay. The host did a wonderful job of making sure the house had everything you might need from toys for small kids to kitchen utensils to bikes and other outdoor items. And the living area was perfect. I’ve rented similar houses and none had living/dining rooms as big!

We stayed here in the winter time and it was the perfect house for a group of us attending a wedding in the area. The house was clean, tidy and cozy. Communication with Rosemary was excellent! There was no heat on the ground floor for 2 bedrooms, but there was a space heater provided that helped a lot. Overall we had a great winter stay!

Excellent location & very nice property

Our vacation started with our daughter and a few friends getting together for her birthday through the weekend. The rest of our family arrived Sunday evening for the following week. Location is superb, walkable to restaurants, bars, and pretty much anything you'd need. You can tell the owners / manager cares because Rosemary the prop manager kept in touch and timely handled the one issue we had with a tub that wasn't draining due to prior weeks of sand, etc. With that said, we enjoyed our stay and will certainly keep this on our list for future vacation rentals!

Fantastic Home, Great Location in Sea Isle

The property was exactly as described and in great condition! Very comfortable and spacious for 10 people. For the money this house would be very hard to beat. All of the guests I was staying with kept commenting on what a deal this property was for what we each spent. Staying in this home blows a motel/hotel out of the water. The kitchen was well equipped. The whole home was very clean. The wifi worked great, even with 5-10 people connected. I've staying in multiple rental homes and most you can tell they have been used pretty hard since people tend to use a rental harder than their own home, but this one did not feel that way. It felt like the owners stepped out for a week to let us in. The home is about 1 block from Wawa and about 1.5 blocks to the beach and 1-3 blocks to most of the local bars/nightlife. Which was perfect for my group of 26-32 year olds. Rose was very easy to deal with and quick in response time to questions. This home is highly recommended if you plan on spending a week in Sea Isle or the South Jersey Shore.

Fantastic Home and Location

This house is located just two blocks from the beach/boardwalk and also walkable to many shops, bars, restaurants, Fish Alley and of course Wawa! We enjoyed the layout of the home--bedrooms and full bathroom on each level (each bedroom has a television). Everything was clean and homey. Kitchen was fully stocked. The deck off of the bright open living area was our favorite place. Having access to the garage was awesome; we were able to keep our ebikes there safely and with easy access. The only person I would not recommend this rental to would be someone who has trouble with stairs. You need to navigate a full stairway to access the main living area.

Great home and location

Check-in and check-out were super easy. The house is great-big/clean. We were so happy to find a dog-friendly property so that we could bring our whole family to hang out and relax. The location is perfect, walkable to the center of town where there are many restaurants, bars, stores. We stayed during the Christmas tree lighting and parade. The parade went right by the house so we could enjoy it right from the porch then go in and get warm. The second fridge in the garage is also really convenient.

Easy walking distance to the beach with all the beach supplies we need (chairs, sand toys, and a cart to help transport the gear). Living room was spacious for all of us to gather, and the property manager was very accommodating offering us late check-out and responsive to all our questions.
