Two houses plus an apartment on 1.2 acres of ocean front property sleeps a total of 18. You get a beach house right on the ocean with amazing views that sleeps 8. Plus a separate apartment on ground level of beach house, it sleeps 4. You also get a townhouse just across from beach house, it sleeps 6. Great for large groups or several families to share.

Melbourne Beach has some of Florida's finest beaches, peaceful, charming, nature abounds, clear water, pristine unspoiled beaches. Sit back and relax, take a swim, buggy board, surf, fish or do nothing but take in tropical scenery. Beach front house and town house sit on a 1.2 acre property. Beach house has three bedrooms all with queen beds, a queen sofa bed, two full bathrooms and all the comforts of home it sleeps 8 very comfortably. Townhouse has two bedrooms with queen beds, a queen sofa bed and two bathrooms to sleep 6 comfortably. Apartment has a queen bed and a queen sofa bed to sleep four comfortably.

The beach house and town house are appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay including full kitchens (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils etc.), linens, towels, beach towels, wifi, two televisions (one in living area, one in the main bedroom). There is also a coffee maker, a Keurig, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher and we keep on hand various condiments for your use. Also have a new washer a dryer on the property for your use. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen as well.

Most mornings you can be sure to see beautiful sea birds, turtle tracks and even dolphins in the shimmering sun light just before dawn. Sit on the beach deck and allow the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze to let your imagination wisk you away to dreamland. Feel the sand between your toes as you work on your tan after a refreshing swim in the ocean, or just relax in one of our adirondack chairs.

Our neighborhood relies on well water, our well is hundreds of feet below ground, water is treated on a regular basis even though sometimes it will have a light odor. For drinking we get you started by providing some bottled water, in addition a five gallon dispenser helps provide water for cooking, it can be refilled at local Publix’s grocery store up the road five to seven minutes.

Property has no neighbors to south or north which is a state protected natural space.

Please note if you are planning to hold a event the owner must be advised in advance and you must pay a $350 USD event fee in advance. Guest will also be responsible for all clean up related to event.

You're close to restaurants, cafes, groceries and shopping. Easy day trips to Orlando and NASA from here.
