This is a renovated 2BR 1 Bath apartment on the first floor located central off Meridian, a Canopy Road, in Tallahassee, just a short ride or walk to shopping, Whole Foods, Riccardos, ABC, Publix, Walmart, Food Glorious Food, Winthrop Park, Planet Fitness and hundreds of nearby restaurants and coffee shops, wide well maintained sidewalks take you to Lake Ella just 1.5 miles south. About 2.5 miles to the Capitol Building,. Walk to the Tallahassee Aquatic Center less than a mile or several parks.

FSU Homecoming

The interior looked as if it had been recently renovated. The beds were really comfortable and I liked that the owner even stocked the fridge with bottles of water. I would definitely stay there again.

Homecoming success

My stay at the rental was a success, friends and family raved about the cleanliness and the layout. A nice open concept and modern feel. Easy access to major roads, and a quick 15 minute drive to entertainment around the city. I will definitely be booking again.

Excellent two bedroom close to FSU

Clean two bedroom one bathroom less than three miles from FSU. Owner did not raise the price for parents weekend and I was so grateful for this after hearing what happened to so many others. Safe neighborhood, roomy and very comfortable living space and beds. Would definitely stay here every time I visit my nole.

Poor furniture quality and conditions

It was a good stay but could have been better, the quality and conditions of the furnitures are very poor,Sofas are riped, beds makes noise, old appliances, refrigerator with no handles etc

Thank you for your critique-We paid $2,000 for each bed and the pillow sets costs about 300.00. The sofa has a small area we will repair after the back to back bookings slow down or replace. The refrigerator doesn't have a handle by design. But I hope your family had a good stay for $3 an hour
