The Little Green Guest House is ideal for business travelers, legislators, university parents, or sports fans. 1 BR/1 BA guesthouse with full kitchen offers total privacy with all the comforts of home. Located in a quiet neighborhood in NE Tallahassee on the grounds of a beautifully maintained 1920’s home, the Little Green Guest House is less than 15 minutes from the universities and the capitol building, very convenient to retail and dining, and minutes to I-10.
There is a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a work desk. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, which is shorter in length than most queens. It will sleep 2 children or 2 shorter adults, (5’9” or less), comfortably. The eat-in kitchen is stocked with the basics necessary for preparing and serving meals. Enjoy complimentary Lucky Goat coffee, condiments and fresh eggs from our free-range chickens.
Our family of 6 lives on this property in the two story home adjacent to the guesthouse. We may see each other in the driveway or on the boardwalk, but the guesthouse and fenced yard is completely private.

Guests may park in the carport and to the space to the left of the big oak tree.

There is a small washing machine available for guest use. There is no dryer, but there is a drying rack.
Other things to note
If you would like us to set up sleeper sofa bed prior to your arrival just let us know.

Please keep food and drink away from the piano, and enjoy playing with clean hands.

Dog friendly, though we ask that you only book if your dog is reliably house broken. There will be an additional $75 fee per stay, with understanding we may charge more depending on time spent to clean up after your pup. It is expected that you will clean up after them in the yard, and we kindly ask that you keep them off the furniture and not leave them unattended in the unit. No other pets are permitted.

Please keep fire inside the fire pit.

No smoking/vaping on premises.

No gatherings larger than stated party.

Piano may be played, but no food or drink is to be placed on piano, please, and wash hands before playing.
Please clean up after pets in the yard and we kindly ask they be kept of furniture, and not be left alone in the unit for extended periods of time.

Great location and awesome if you need a spot to stop over with littles that need their own space to sleep. We didn’t have our dog but the backyard is perfect for them. AC worked great and comfy bed!

We came to town for a quick one night stay for a soccer tournament. Everything was just perfect and after hearing others in our group complain about hotels we were so happy we decided to stay here! Highly recommend!!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property is no more than 12 minutes from anywhere we needed to be in Tallahassee and tucked just enough out of the way to make driving to and fro a breeze; right off of I-10 with lots of shopping and dining. Allison is a wonderful host and her attention to all of the details really made us feel at home (travel weary as we were…) and there was even a well tuned piano for our little musician to play! Wonderful enclosed, private yard for our dog and even food and water dishes set out for him! Will definitely call on Allison again for accommodations when we’re in the area!
