Welcome to the Homestead on Weber Road! A quaint little attached Cape Cod nestled atop a hill near Speedwell Forge Lake is perfect for the family, a girlfriend trip, or a couples only weekend trip to beautiful Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Relax in a heated sunroom located at the back of the property overlooking a wooded backyard and large meadow beyond where you will frequently see deer, red fox, and a large variety of wild birds. Sunroom also contains a large, flat screen TV and wrap around sofa with a queen pull-out sofa bed. Cozy family room provides guests another flat screen TV and DVD. A well-equipped, recently renovated eat-in kitchen with a large kitchen table and island that makes everyone feel welcome. Master bedroom suite with a king bed is located off the kitchen on the first floor. Full bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom with all main floor doorways and bathroom being ADA compliant. Laundry Room is also on the first floor for ease of doing a quick load of wash. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One contains a queen bed and the other has a full daybed with a twin pull-out trundle which is perfect for the kids or teens. Another full bathroom is located between the two upstairs bedrooms. Parking for up to six vehicles in driveway. House has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV in the Family Room, Master Bedroom and Sunroom; Smart TVs are in the upstairs bedrooms. Towels and Bed Linens are provided. Rental is attached to the owner's home but has private driveway and entrances.
Close to Hershey Park, Lititz (Best Small Town in US), Manheim Auto Auction, Outlet Shopping, Lancaster Central Market, Quilt Shops, Farmers Markets, Middle Creek Wildlife Refuge, Wolf Sanctuary, Museums, and much, much more.

This is a quiet location, exactly as pictured, very clean and as mentioned before, yummy local treats are left for guests. Hidden driveway, easy to miss the first time but then you know it's coming. Comfortable sunroom for tv at night or coffee in the morning.

We had such a great time with our toddler at this rental! The property and living spaces were beautiful, exactly as pictured and described. It was a great place to take our 1.5 year old...she loved all of the space and was very safe no matter where she went, plus it was an easy distance to travel to and from to do things for an afternoon. Super comfortable for parents of little kids to get a change of pace..thank you for a great escape!

This house was clean and well maintained. I have stayed in other VRBO houses and this one by far exceeds the others in terms of the attention to detail and the extra perks. Every light switch is labeled so there was no guessing which switch turned on which light. We arrived to freshly baked treats that were purchased locally from an Amish bakery…such a nice surprise. The house is also well stocked with toiletries which is great if you forget anything. It was a great experience! Don’t know if I’ll be back in Lititz as we were there for a wedding but if ever we do return, I would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful home! Out in the country which was exactly what we were looking for, we stayed for my son’s wedding and it was comfortable with LOTS of amenities. We got to see the chickens on the property and a cute orange kitty! We will definitely stay again if we are that area.

Our stay was excellent. The home was immaculate, very well arranged with everything we needed, information provided for us and communication with the owner was outstanding. The property itself is just beautiful. It is quiet, well taken care of and elevated with much open space. We were able to bring our 20 lb. dog who had ample area to sniff every blade of grass. Our group of five was very comfortable with the home's three bedrooms and two baths. The owners are on-site next door, but we never felt intruded upon. If we had a question, we texted them and their response was always immediate.We have stayed at several VRBO properties, and by far, this was our best experience to date. We highly recommend this property and hope that we will be able to return for many more visits.

The overall house was great. Therecwas plenty of room. Due to winter weather the hosts were quick to clear the driveway to make travel easier. I was disappointed that we were unable to use the sunroom during our stay due to the mini split heat was not working. I was also disappointed that the hosts did not try to make any accommodations for being limited to only part of the property that I paid for.

The sunroom is a large open area off the kitchen and can easily be heated with the rental’s HVAC unit. The unit was set at 68 degrees. Guest are permitted to adjust the heat to their liking. The guest was given the refund she requested. The guest also had an upstairs window open in below zero temperatures which certainly played a part in the rental not being warm. We did contact our HVAC contractor as soon as we were aware of the issue but as it was a weekend, they were unable to come out until the next day. We spoke to the guest as well as documenting the conversation in VRBO about her concerns and ours.

The hosts were truly more than accommodating. We were so appreciative of all the Amish goodies, as well as the thoughtful treats for our furry family members. The house was spacious and comfortably fit our family, with plenty of room to host relatives for the holidays. When an ice storm hit one night, the hosts were out bright and early salting the driveway so we could get out safely and on time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The township requirement of a manifest of people was a little intrusive. The owners are on site and will walk by several times a day to go about their upkeep/animal care. So it didnt feel very private. The heater was unbelievably loud in the family room area and it was hard to regulate the temperature. Place was clean, easy to find and suitable for a few nights.
