Very Nice Community

The property was perfect for our trip. We easily accommodated 2 families with small children. The amenities within the community were excellent! Would highly recommend!

The Coastal Community

The Coastal Community was a great place to stay for me and family. The house was great, everyone we met were very nice. Short drives to Rehoboth and Dewey Beach/Boardwalk.

Beautiful home

Nice house not a lot of amenities, and definitely over priced. Swim up bar in open 3 evenings a week, and the residents of complex didn’t really care for renters. Very much older crowd, and beaches at least 20-25 minutes away. Decent, but not the best.
