About this property
Exclusive "Lakes Country Club" condo with lake views
Living room with fireplace, dining room and counter island. Totally renovated kitchen with new appliances. Lake view with patio table and six chairs, and gas barbecue on the private patio. Golf cart available. Full fitness club along with lap pool next to clubhouse. Heated pool 200 feet from back deck. North facing back deck so not as hot in afternoon as south facing. Solar installed on roof so electricity cost is much less. Extra electricity charge is basically for May thru October and will be adjusted for other months. There are Pickleball and tennis courts. We are not golf members. For the winter we require 3 months rental from January thru March but we can be flexible .

About the host

We purchased 90 Laredo in February 2022. The entire property was renovated in 2022 and we replaced all of the living room and dining room furniture. We installed solar in April of 2022. We also own the unit next door where we stay part of the year. Our main home is in Mill Valley, California
Why they chose this property
Great community with friendly neighbors. Clubhouse and fitness center were completely renovated in 2020-2021. There are 45 swimming pools. Nature is out your back deck with ducks, geese, egrets, herons and pelicans visiting your lagoon.

The Lakes Country Club is a unique condo project with 902 homes, 27 hole golf course, 9 tennis courts including 2 clay, 9 pickleball courts and 4 pop tennis courts. Bocce is available as well as kids play area.
