Amazing Property

Property had nice work done and located in a favorable area. Had wonderful accommodations such as gas range, nice sizable refrigerator, laundry appliances, and spacious living area. We loved that clean dishes were available for use, nice soft towels and provided soap and body wash in the event you forgot to bring any. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The house and location was perfect for me while a water leak was being prepared in my home. Because I live 20 minutes away, I'm familiar with area. It's a nice neighborhood and close to anything one might want to do in Austin area.

A home away from home

A beautiful home that was not only immaculate upon arrival but a host that was incredibly responsive. The home is nicely stocked with essentials for cooking, laundry, Wi-Fi, smart tvs and bathroom products. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is perfect for all your needs. Michael is a generous host who was kind enough to allow us to extend our stay an extra day while we waited on the close of our house. He is incredibly kind and prompt in responses which puts your mind at ease. I cannot recommend Michael and his home enough!

Great Location and Value

We were very pleased with the property. It was as Mike described, a "turn-key" rental. Kitchen was well equipped and we had almost everything we needed to prepare meals. First level is spacious with a great size TV and adequate furniture. The bedrooms were comfortable and the baths were well stocked and ready for us. Good size backyard and comfortable seating area for two and would work well for those with pets (we did not have pets). We were overall very pleased with our rental. Perfect for us!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in February 2023 while visiting our daughter and new grandchild in Leander. This property was immaculate and provided everything we could possibly want in a rental house. The beds and linens were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, although we didn't do a lot. My husband spent many hours relaxing on the back porch in comfortable chairs in a quiet neighborhood. The area felt very safe and was readily accessible to our daughter's home and all of our shopping needs. Really, I can't think of one thing I would change to have made our time here any better. I highly recommend this property and, Michael, the owner, who was consummately available at all times. This was a completely positive experience, and we will surely rent this property again when we visit our daughter. Thank you, Michael!
