We loved the house and all of its amenities! Our family from 0 to 65 had a fabulous time! Check in was super easy and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook meals.

View is incredible and plenty of parking!Furniture is comfortable and plenty of seating. Kitchen was well appointed. Two negatives: Really needed way more hooks for towels in every bathroom. Disappointed that the stand alone ice maker never worked. Would rent again!

Dirty house, infested with ants. Grill is a crappy one you’d find at a state park, rusty and not big enough for the size of the house. Not to mention the RV park directly next to the house with huge campers parked along side your pool

Great for large family

Very spacious open floor plan. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Great pool, awesome beach location. 2 sets of fridges, dishwashers, washers and dryers- just need a larger stove top - we make all meals in-cook as a family- double islands allowed plenty of room for many people in the kitchen at the same time. Highly recommend.

Doing Our Thing

This house is new, so all furniture is in good shape and comfortable. House is next to a beach access which turned out to be not that bad. The views out the back of the ocean are gorgeous. The elevator worked great upon our arrival, but on the last day, it did not work at all.

Holden Beach 2026

The home is beautiful! Just not happy with the property manager. Had issues and the Owner had to end up helping us.The Owner was awesome but property manager never called us back
