Start your next adventure at our cozy condo in the heart of the White Mountains where you'll be greeted with stunning views from the deck. Our mountain retreat is central to all-season adventures in New Hampshire. Perfect for family fun, couples’ ski retreat, exploring mountain trails, and many other activities for up to 6 guests!

The main entry leads to the full bathroom and first bedroom, which is equipped with a queen size bed and luxury mattress, as well as, a smart tv.
The stairs will lead to the main living space with a fully-supplied kitchen and dining area, living room with a smart tv, and gaslit fireplace.
The sliding glass door will lead to the deck overlooking the mountains and stunning sunset views.
The second bedroom on the main level has a twin bunk bed set with luxury mattresses and a closet for storage.
Stairs will lead you to the third level loft where another queen-sized bed with luxury mattress and dresser allow for additional sleep space.

You will get one complimentary pass to gain access to Waterville Estates community center and you can purchase additional passes which are $10 on weekdays and $20 on the weekends/holidays for adults. Children are $5 on weekdays and $10 on weekends/holidays. And kids under 7 are free.

Seasonally, there are two heated outdoor pools with a stage for musical entertainment on the weekends, as well as, an outdoor restaurant and bar area. A basketball and tennis court. A pond for fishing and kayaking (bring your own kayaks and fishing gear), picnic grounds, fitness center and a playground. Best of all, the community center is conveniently located 3 minutes away from the condo!

Waterville Estates also has hiking, cross country skiing, mountain biking and snowshoeing trails all within the community. You can get the trail map in the welcome binder.

There are 3 resorts within 25 miles of the condo:
Loon Mountain - Open year round with many activities and events
Waterville Valley - Open year round with many activities
Tenney Mountain - Winter ski resort with a restaurant and bar open all year

Campton Mountain is also located 1 mile from the condo and has 3 trails and a lodge with food, drinks and entertainment. This is only open during the winter.

Although the roads are well maintained with regular plowing and sand, we highly recommend AWD in the winter, as there are some steep roads.

THERE ARE NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN OUR CONDO PER THE CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES. IF YOU BRING AN ANIMAL I WILL HAVE TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE.

There are coin operated washers and dryers on the first floor, parking lot end of the building.

There is no cable TV but there is high speed internet, WiFi, and two smart TVs that have access to streaming services like Netflix and Hulu through your account.
