Fantastic location for doing everything around the French quarter and easy access to getting out of town.Place exactly as advertised. Attractive, comfortable, super easy check in and check out. Air worked, as did washer, dryer, dishwasher. Not really sure what else to say - it should be exactly the kind of a place a couple would want to a trip to NOLA. Would stay here again without question.

Perfect NOLA apartment

This apartment was absolutely perfect for travelers who don’t want the craziness of the French Quarter but want to be close to everything. The apartment is incredibly quiet and convenient to everything. It is very comfortable with modern appliances and hvac. It feels like a big city apartment with exposed brick walls and tall windows. It’s the perfect retreat from the excitement of the city and is great for business travelers and couples. I hope to stay here again if when I’m back in New Orleans.

Great potential

We were told we could leave our luggage in a laundry shed that didn’t exist. They confused our location with someone else. Only 2 water glasses: when we asked if we could get more the manager said 2 were enough for two people. They brought us cheap plastic glasses: we complained about that and they said we were unreasonable to ask for glass glasses. They agreed to deliver them at 5pm, but they showed up unexpectedly 3 hrs earlier. Mold at the base of the bathtub, unfinished cheap caulking around the bathroom sink. Low quality synthetic bed sheets. Pocket door to bathroom hard to operate and scratched. Cheap hangers most for children clothes. Trash bags inside the entrance of the building left for a couple of days. Good kitchen appliances and W/D in unit. Spacious. Nice size smart TV

The apartment is in a great location. Close to pretty much everything in The French Quarter. Safe. Washer/dryer were a huge plus. Much better than a hotel room. Contact with the owner was quick and efficient. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again. Everything you need for your stay.
