Would NOT stay here again. The room was terrible, NO PLACE to put anything. Sairs up to the kitchen and bath were really. No general sitting area within the room. Not saying the description wasn't accurate, just don't really know what your getting, or NOT, till you get there.
Location was favorable & amenities were Adequate..

This property is exactly as represented in its' on-line presentation. This is a 2 person suite that is just that. The suite has all that is needed for a short stay and very comfortable visit to Estes Park's downtown and RMNP north entrance is 2 miles from the Fawn Valley Inn. The patio space is excellent and spacious with an atmosphere conductive for relaxing with nature. The running river and its sounds are great as you are well above it. There are multiple birds and wildlife in this forest setting with good views of a mountain side. The abundant Hummingbirds coming and going is amazing and delightful to watch. You actually can become a part of it all.
The only downside is that there's no AC or controlled heating in the rooms, which made it tough to sleep at night with 90° weather. But the fans helped. Otherwise, great place outfitted with all the amenities we needed, including a cute stream at the bottom of the hill and personal decks for each room. Just a 10-minute drive or so to downtown Estes and a few minutes from RMNP entrance!
