Newly Remodeled SKI-in-Ski -Out 2BR/2BA Condo @Sugar Mountain

Top unit on Oma Meadow directly on ski slopes of Sugar Mountain where you can ski in and out all day. You can wave at the skiers on the lift from the deck. During the summer, the slopes are used for mountain biking. 2BA/2BA with recent upgrades to both bathrooms. The kitchen has been updated as well with new cabinets, new appliances and other accessories. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and cable tv. The living area has 2 futons for additional sleeping with a 65 inch smart TV. The dining area seats 4 and there is seating for 2 in the bar area. New electric fireplace.The clubhouse has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness room which is included in the rental. The property also has tennis and pickleball courts and access to outdoor grilling areas and electric car charger. Enjoy a cozy and relaxing vacation in any season of the year. Central location to many attractions including golf, breweries wineries Grandfather Mountain, hiking shopping and dining. 4wd, Awd or snow chains may be required during the winter months.
