"Location" -2 BR Condo, short walk to the beach.

Miramar Beach -2 Blocks from the Emerald Gulf Waters, white sandy beaches and Pompano Joe's. Open floor plan on first floor with kitchen, living room, dining area, and 1/2 bath. Full size sleeper sofa, and loveseat sleeper sofa. Balcony from kitchen overlooks the pool. Two bedrooms upstairs both with queen beds, large closets, and private baths. One bath with stand up shower, the other with tub and shower. TV's in both bedrooms. Washer and Dryer in hallway on second floor.
The space
Close to golf, shopping, great restaurants and many other attractions. Come relax and enjoy your stay! "Snowbirds Welcome" from December thru February. Please inquire for special rates.

Wonderful place

We had a great time. Very close to the beach/restaurants/shops, condo was very clean and the owner was great to communicate with. Highly recommend this property for a family!

Good place, had a few small hiccups but the property manager was quick to handle the things that he was capable of fixing. Would stay again.

Fast getaway

Location was great, quiet neighborhood. The rental had beach chairs,wagon, toys and even a small cooller to use. This saves a lot of for those who fly instead of drive. I would certainly stay again. Only real issue was low water preassure in the showers.

Our family has been going to the Destin/Miramar Beach area for about 15 years. We love sitting at the beach viewing the breath- taking emerald waters and the white sand. We decided to purchase this property and make memories that will last a lifetime.
