About this property

Cozy Bear Cabin in Duck Creek!

This Cabin is a peaceful family property located just south of the downtown Duck Creek Village area on Bonanza Road. Located 30 miles of Brian Head Ski Resort, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park, this Cabin offers a relaxing mountain experience with its Pines and Aspens scattered throughout the property. This cabin truly has the "Cozy Bear Cabin" feel and a very homey feel. Genuine mountain adventures, world-class ATV, Snowmobiling, hiking, and more await you and your loved ones!

Welcome to Duck Creek Village at 8500 ft!
In winter, our cabins offer a serene escape, but preparation is key for a safe journey. Here's what you need to know:
Before you set off:
1. Get real-time road conditions and weather updates with Utah's UDot app and Wunderground's website (zip code 84762).
2. Plan your travel wisely and avoid winter storms.
Once snow arrives:
• Highway 14 may have snow, and our gravel roads will be snowy. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required, with chains recommended.
• Snow removal is prioritized, but please keep in mind that we contract with snowplow companies who only plow after 6” or more of snow for driveways, and they will prioritize guests who check in or check out first, followed by groups who are mid stay.
• Power outages are rare, but if they occur, contact management and we will provide an update on the situation promptly.
Keep in mind:
• Nighttime arrivals may find limited services, so plan accordingly.
• While we're a small village, we're here to ensure your winter adventure is memorable and safe.
For a stress-free getaway, call us ahead to tailor your trip to perfection!

Cabin vacation
The cabin was perfect. Amazingly well stocked. We almost did not have to bring the food we brought! The enclosed wrap around deck was perfect for keeping our pig and labsky at bay. They loved being outside watching the squirrels and deer wander by. Plenty of sleeping space and joce appliances.
