This air conditioned three bedroom walk-up condominium is located in one of the newest buildings in Forest Ridge and offers a great view of the new South Peak ski trails from the front entry. Located on the third floor, you enter this condo to a foyer leading to the open concept kitchen, dining and living area. In the living area flip a switch to turn on the gas fireplace then, sink in to the rich living room furniture to watch your favorite DVD on the flat screen cable TV. The back deck with a wooded view is accessed from the living area or primary bedroom suite where you will find a queen bed, flat screen TV (no cable available so make sure to bring your favorite streaming device) and private bath. The second bedroom offers one set of bunk beds and a queen bed. This bedroom shares a bath with the third bedroom offering a queen size bed.

While here make sure to enjoy the Forest Ridge Swim club with its indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, small fitness room and tennis courts. Use of swim club requires digital key access. In the area you will find lots to do including hiking, mountain biking, golfing, alpine and nordic skiing, summer attractions and much more.

Great Loon Mtn retreat

Nice clean property with cozy fireplace and all amenities. Our family of 6 was very comfortable. Nice and quiet. Shuttle bus makes travel easy to the mountain. Great spot!

Nice place, great location

Forrest Ridge is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants and close to Loon Mountain! The shuttle service is a great convenience! The kiddos enjoyed the pool complex as well! The unit we stayed in was nice and was a great price. Our only complaints were that the beds were not that comfy and there was recycling left there from previous renters. We would definitely recommend this rental to other families and friends!

The proximity to Loon for snowboarding and the Kancamagus for hiking was great!The 3rd floor allowed for more quiet, no one overhead!The second bedroom with queen size bed was a tight fit as the bedframe stuck out a bit so beware of getting bruised shins. But other rooms decent space!The gas fireplace was a plus for the winter time!

The balcony was accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The development is very close to the main street in Lincoln, where you can find shopping, restaurants, and many other activities. It is a very short drive to hiking trails and other White Mountain attractions.Working with Loon Reservation Services was wonderful.
