Private backyard bordering nature trail has a large deck, gas grill, and fire pit swing set. Open gathering area and a home office in master. Perfect for tailgaters, mountain bicyclists, and explorers.

Great place to stay when visiting students at UARK!

This was the perfect place for us to stay when we came to Fayetteville for our son’s graduation. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great and it was very easy to get to campus quickly.
