House is very nice, and clean. It was close to everything we wanted to do uptown. I would definitely want to stay here again when we are in town. I highly recommend this place. We were impressed with the landlord cleaning up the debris after the storm the next day.

Thank you for the positive feedback, Sheila. We would love to host you again when you are back in Charlotte.
Location was 5 minutes to family. Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Target and other shop’s & restaurants. Was also close to other restaurants and 20-25 minute drive to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Great location for our 5 night stay & busy schedule. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in Charlotte.
We loved the location of this adorable little house. We also loved the well appointed kitchen and the very nice bathroom. Jacuzzi tub was such a treat. The swinging bench on the porch was perfect for a drink at night.
You can’t go wrong here…
For newbies to Charlotte, bring bug spray!! ; )
House was very nice and clean. Had many things for you to use in the kitchen if needed. Very very close to town- we walked everywhere! I only wish the back deck could’ve been cleaner, it looks a little forgotten. The rest of the house is great though!
Charming bungalow is the right name for this place. Warm inviting energy, lovely open floor plan, and a luxurious whirlpool bath tub to boot. This place felt cozy for just me, and could easily hold a larger group without feeling crammed. Host communicated quickly and easily. The perfect stay for my conference within a nice walk (along a creek! Check out the trail) to my meetings, and plenty of food/restaurants along the way.
This house is blocks from tons of action! It is within a short (less than 10-20mins) driving distance of even more cool areas with lots to offer. It was cute, pretty clean and even though you are in the city - the back deck, trees, birds and other nature to be enjoyed, make you feel so serene.
Another great thing was the jetted tub in the bathroom - which also overlooks that sweet backyard, again. I mistakenly messed up my booking and accidentally forgot to book the full stay, I shorted myself one day. The owner was fast, responsive and helpful. I definitely got lucky bc it just so happened the house was available to be rented one more night afterall - so the owner was able to accommodate me. One last thing - this is a bit embarrassing, however, things happen, I forgot my cell phone in the house upon checkout - and the owner was, again, kind and helpful w that situation as well. Outstanding Stay in Newly Renovated, Charming House
This stay exceeded our expectations on all accounts.
The host was quick to reply to messages and exceptionally accommodating. When we found out our son was going to make finals on Sunday, he congratulated us and offered us a late check-out so we could get to Palm Sunday services and then come back and get ready for the meet. Swim teams staying at nearby hotels did not receive the same consideration.
The interior of the bungalow was spacious and beautiful, with comfortable beds, a huge bathroom with a separate bath/jacuzzi and twin sinks, plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. Our host even had coffee pods available for the Keurig (much needed with a 6am wake-up time!). The place was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated, and it was great to have a washer/dryer if needed.
We were a 7 minute walk to Charlotte, and had a Trader Joe's, Target, and excellent places to eat all within walking distance as well. Parking was easy, right in the driveway, although there was plenty of street parking, too, if needed.
In good weather, you could relax on the covered front porch or use the big back porch and yard to spread out a bit more. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, and sleeping here was a dream.
If I could give this house, host, and experience 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Shane, for a fantastic stay! I hope to be back next year!
