PRIVATE 1 BDM APT NEAR AIRPORT, SHOPS ,TRANSIT. Basement suite is under a beauty shop which is closed evenings and week-ends and vacant at night.. 1 bedroom plus den,and walk-in closet. Entrance is located in back of the building, off the alleyway. Note : If you are taller than 5 ’10 this apartment may not be for you. We have a spot where the heating vent in the ceiling is and it’s around 5 ’11 in that spot.
Semi private entrance (Only landlord may need to access furnace room which is next to the apartment
