What a beautiful place! Our family loved our time away and we had everything we needed. Whitney was very accommodating for our family and super responsive! I would definitely recommend this home and Whitney! We look forward to visiting het other locations some day!
The house on Conesus Lake was beautiful and perfect for our family gathering. There is a lake view from every room and everyone had their own private space. This house had more amenities then any other rental we've stayed at, so you'll never get bored. The sunrise each morning over the water was breathtaking. So convenient to get to SUNY Geneseo, Letchworth State Park and Deer Run Winery. We will be back again!
Our stay was incredible! Beautiful property, so much to do, and the house came stocked with everything you could need. Whitney was so helpful and great about communicating—couldn’t have asked for a better host. Can’t wait to return next year!
Beautiful property with great hosts. As a multigenerational family visit to the property, there was something for everyone. Host suggestions were very helpful. We highly recommend the rental.
We had high hopes for the trip and they were exceeded. The location and the home are perfectly suited to a large group. There were lots of things to do and it’s close enough to enjoy day trips. We enthusiastically recommend it
This house is great! Wonderful for hanging out with a large groups and incredible lake views. Whitney and Brian were incredibly responsive and fully stock the house with everything anyone could ever need... plus they decorated for Christmas for our family visit which was so lovely! Can't recommend this place enough!
This sunrise facing home is incredible! The home accommodated our family reunion of 13 people. Such a fun place with a heated pool, a great game room that kept us going on the single rainy day (pool table converts to ping pong - smaller size). The main pier was perfect for fishing. We used the dingy to access the middle of the lake. The kayaks, paddle and life vests were in good shape. TV night was a hit in the living room and the ginormous TV in the game room with sofas was well used. It kept the noise of the main house at night. . The dining room has the most incredible panoramic view. Oh and the kitchen really is complete with everything we needed. The natural gas grill is the one with stones so the heat is even enough to grill several pounds of chicken to perfection. We let Whitney know when there was an issue with the hot water, and the next day she had the plumber out and fixed it. Tons of towels, huge washer & dryer. The guest house was efficient, with a great screen porch and views, but the main kitchen is where you want to prepare your feasts. Location is great with 3 major grocery stores less than 10 minutes away. We stayed in September so the cobwebs on the screen porches were obvious, but everything smell fresh, no mold!

Amazing Flexibility and Accommodation
My Collegiate Christian Men’s Volleyball team was scrambling to find a place in the area large enough to host all of us. After getting in contact with Whitney, it quickly became clear that her homes were exactly what we were looking for.
The area is beautiful. We arrived just as the ice on the lake was beginning to melt, and by the end of the trip we were able to see the lake in its full beauty. The house had an ample amount of kitchenware and plenty of space for our group of 15+, which made it easy for us to gather together for fellowship while still giving everyone room for some much-needed downtime.
We were also able to travel to Niagara Falls, and the location made commuting to both Buffalo and Rochester very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic spot with a wonderful host. Highly recommend!
Don't hesitate to book this beautiful home. We were so impressed when we arrived - by both the amazing view of the lake from every part of the property and by the excellently maintained buildings, with every amenity you can think of! We hosted our family of 12 for our son's graduation celebration which was actally four different events over four days. This property was an easy 30 minute drive to RIT. Worth the drive to come back to the beautiful lake veiw. The kitchen is fully equipped. The pantry stored useful kitchen appliances, such at the toaster, and also, in a fantastic surprise for my seven year old nephew, the pantry held bins of fun building toys such as legos and magnatiles. While the weather did not cooperate fully for the lake or the pool, we used the brand new hot tub and it was a big hit, as was the game room with a pool table and ping pong. Whitney was a perfect host - immediately responding to my emails about our arrival time etc. This place is clearly a beloved home, not just an average rental. Book this beautiful property! You won't regret it!
