About the host
Hosted by Tara Welkley
Local to Rochester; purchased the lake house in 2014 for our own family to enjoy for years to come. We love to take our boat out onto the water and entertain family and friends year round.
Why they chose this property
We had our eye on this beautiful property for years because of its location and beauty. With several grown children of our own we knew we needed a place large enough for not only ourselves but for our kids and their families to enjoy in the future. We were fortunate to purchase this house in the summer of 2014 and have spent the last few months remodeling and furnishing it for all to enjoy!
What makes this property unique
What's not to love about the wall of windows with views of the lake and hills from every angle, the stone fireplace, sunroom, hot tub, gazebo, large bedrooms, and over 1/2 an acre of flat water front.
