Lovely 2BR/2BA Guest Cottage in Tamarind Hill Estates

Located in the serene, gated neighborhood of Tamarind Hill Estates on the eastern part of the island, this newly constructed guest house is situated on a private, beautifully landscaped one acre estate. This wonderful location offers peace and quiet while still being convenient to the 38 beautiful beaches of St Martin and the numerous great restaurants and activities.

The house has air conditioning (3 units), vaulted ceilings, lovely tile floors, ceiling fans, walk in showers, 1 BR with a queen size bed, and 1 BR with 2 twin beds (can be made up as a king). Gorgeous views of Guana Bay, St. Barths, and on clear days St. Kitts, Nevis and St. Eustasia!

There is a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen smart tv with Amazon Firestick, and stereo. Beach towels, bath towels and all linens are included making this a perfect, private getaway!

Oyster Pond, Dawn Beach, the Westin Hotel and Casino and Philipsburg are just minutes away. Orient Beach, Grand Case and Marigot are an easy drive.

Car rental is suggested.

There is a long term tenant who resides on the property but the guest house offers wonderful privacy and separate parking.

The guesthouse was a perfect place to stay, especially the part of having our own bathrooms! I enjoyed my morning coffee on the small porch in the front - great view, and also enjoyed our hosts.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Lil’ Sugar. My hosts, Mary & Derya were very kind as were the security guards, no matter what time I got back 😊 The home and yard are well kept. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home and gardens. The view is breathtaking. Very simple accommodations, nothing fancy. Perfect decision if want to stay in a super exclusive location without the steep price tag, You will need to rent a car to stay at this location because it is remote and a distance from restaurants etc.

Perfect peaceful getaway

Mary and Daria were amazing hosts, we showed up late and didn't have time to stop at the grocery store on the way. They brought us a pizza and a six pack to hold us over until the morning :) The neighbourhood is in a safe and friendly gated community. There is a beautifully view from the porch at lil' sugar and it is about a 20 minute walk down to the bay. Mary was always available to answer any questions and provide advice on which beaches and restaurants to visit. We stayed in the 2 bedroom guest house but there was also a 1 bedroom on the property as well and our parents came to spend a week with us when they saw how beautiful it was in Sint Maarten.Thank Mary and Daria for a wonderful time at your place!Sh

A Spectacular View!!

Lil Sugar is a lovely property situated in a gated community of well kept residential homes. I loved getting up early in the morning to watch the sunrise from the patio. There, I was greeted, with a spectacular view and the wonderful auroma of the many beautiful plantings. Lil Sugar is as advertised. The interior is well appointed and has all the necessities available for cooking a meal after a touch day at the beach 👙. Anne, the housekeeper maintains order and cleanliness thoughtful the house giving the feel of a 5star hotel without all the hustle and bustle. My husband and I enjoyed the privacy. Be sure to rent a car for there is nothing within walking distance. Mary, was a most gracious host. We had a few minor issues and after a phone call they were immediately addressed. Love the island of Saint Maarten and look forward to returning each and every winter. Thank you Mary for sharing your lovely home with us.

Great location and property

Lil Sugar is a quaint property. Mary ensured that we felt very welcome prior to and when we arrived with little touches even like flowers that made it feel even more like home. This was our third time to St Maarten and although we had discovered a lot on the island, she quickly gave us suggestions for new areas to explore which was very helpful. I would recommend and have already recommended this property to friends and family and Villa Sugar is beautiful with a fantastic view. The photos are accurate but you just have to see and enjoy in person.
