This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath house is conveniently located close to world class trails in the mountain biking capital of the world as well as lakes, golfing, and so much more! The Treetop @ Little Sugar is a great launching pad for all the fun activities Bella Vista & Bentonville have to offer. The views in the home won't disappoint giving you a feeling of being in a peaceful oasis. Dogs are allowed with prior approval at this property. There is an additional $40

The Space:
This newly renovated home has beautiful picture windows with great natural lightening and expansive views of the woods behind the house. The open yet cozy living room is perfect for curling up to read a book, working remote with a view, relaxing and watching nature, having a game night, or streaming a movie! Whatever you choose to do, you will surely feel like you are at the top of a treehouse!
There is an additional fee of $40 per pet per stay that will be charged after booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog so that we can get it approved. Rules are that the dog must be on a leash when outside in the neighborhood. Please kindly pick up after your pet. Dogs must stay off of the furniture and are required to be crated if you are going to be away from the house. Please do not leave pet unsupervised.

The private deck is perfect for sipping coffee and bird watching in the mornings or enjoying a cookout on a warm summer day.

A bike shop space and bike wash station are provided for securely locking up your bike or tinkering and repairing in between rides!

Besides feeling like you're coming "home" to a luxury hotel, the linen blend bedding provided is sure to help you have a great nights rest after enjoying all of the nature, mountain biking, shopping, golf, or adventuring that Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

Bedroom 1 hosts a king bed and bedroom 2 hosts two full sized beds.

Guest Access:
Guest has access to the entire house, yard, bike wash, and bike shop below the main deck for all of your mountain bike repair needs.

The Neighborhood:
Close to the Bella Vista amenities but in a nice quiet neighborhood, wonderful to relax and unwind.

Mountain bike trails are less than a mile away,
5 minute drive to the lake for kayaking, SUP, or relaxing at the Lake Avalon Beach
2 minute drive to Tanyard Creek hiking trail and waterfall
5 minutes to Scottsdale Golf Course
