Vista Haus- We can't wait to host you at our fully updated beautiful home in the Ozarks. Enjoy the large indoor living area with a pool table, screened in back porch, fire pit and gas grill.

Enjoy golf, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking or biking? All are located close to the property. We are also only 7 miles to DT Bentonville.

Relax with the whole family, home is nestled in the beautiful forests of the Ozarks. Enjoy the large indoor living area with a pool table, screened in back porch with its fire pit and savor your favorite foods cooked up on our four burner gas grill or fully stocked kitchen. The home has high speed internet to accommodate zoom meetings and guests working remotely.

Starter toilet paper/paper towels/detergent/coffee/creamer/spices/trash bags/shampoo/conditioner/hand & dish soap provided. Guests will need to purchase more if needed during stay.

When you are ready for excitement roll out the mountain bikes and ride down the road to Bella Vista's Little Sugar and Back 40 Trail System which is a mecca for mountain bikers from all over the United States. Enjoy golf? You have come to right place as Bella Vista offers 7 different golf courses. Additional amenities: 7 Lakes (boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and other outdoor water activities), a Beach, Pools, Gyms, Tennis Courts, a Gun Range, Museums, Hiking trails (Tanyard Creek & Sugar Creek).

Other towns/communities close to Bella Vista with interesting attractions are Rogers (16 miles), Beaver Lake (20 miles), Fayetteville (35 miles) Eureka Springs (42 miles), and Branson (88 miles).

Guest access:
Guests will have access to entire upstairs home/deck/patio/upstairs parking. Guests will also have access to secure bike/kayak storage. Guests will not have access to basement apartment/downstairs parking which is rented separately. Entrance to basement is outside and can’t be accessed from upstairs. If you are interested in renting both, please reach out for availability.

Keyless entry, 2 parking spaces on a concrete pad.

Other things to note:
Bella Vista is a member only resort community. If you would like to enjoy any of the 7 lakes, 7 golf courses, 3 fitness facilities, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, tennis courts or rent a kayak, or boat please give me the first and last name of each guest at least 7 days prior to arrival and I will get you a guest pass at no cost. I can't guarantee guest pass if not requested 7 days prior to arrival. You do not need a guest pass if you are enjoying any of the hiking or biking trails in Bella Vista.

Many of the amenities (such as the pools, lakes) in Bella Vista have small fees in order for guests to use them. The parks and trails are always free! Please visit Bella Vista POA’s website for more details.


Other things to note

Small dogs welcome BUT must be pre-approved and confirmed when booked. A separate invoice will be sent after booking for a $50 pet fee per dog. Guests will be responsible for all damages. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Dogs are not to be left alone unless they are familiar with being crated and can be crated without barking. If your dog barks while alone, please do not leave it alone. Dogs must be picked up after in the yard or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Unauthorized dog/animal will result in a $400 fine.

Smart TV available to connect to any of your subscriptions, Youtube TV available in the living room, but no traditional cable or satellite.
