This is our second stay at this property and it was fantastic yet again! Everyone slept well, the house itself is very cozy and in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is very well appointed and we sincerely felt like we were home. This is our top choice for any future visits to Williamsburg!

My family of eight had a wonderful time! -Stephanie was so helpful! Answered all my questions and even made additional suggestions for activities for 4 kids and 4 adults.- The house was nicely decorated and spotless. Well equipped kitchen and baths.Kids area was like a cute hideout.- Nice quiet location but close to pool and Williamsburg attractions.We would rent again.

Communication with the host was outstanding. She was patient with all my questions and thorough with responses. The house was located 14 minutes from the venue at which our son was getting married. I would absolutely rent this house again.

We like to cook and it was really nice to have a kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Additionally, Stephanie’s communications before and during our stay were excellent. I could see staying here again for our next trip to Williamsburg. Thanks.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. It was very quiet and peaceful, while still being 15 minutes away from everything you would need in town and 20-30 minutes from all the tourist spots. When we had a problem with the house, the owner was very helpful and accommodating, providing us with several options. The house is perfect for a relaxing family vacation!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our week-long stay at this home! We were out sight-seeing most of the time, but this was a good home base for us to have breakfast and most dinners “in”. The inside of the home was very clean, which is very appreciated, especially traveling with children! We also enjoyed having room to spread out, plenty of sleeping arrangement options, and having a playroom and outdoor patio.The neighborhood is very quiet and drivable to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. It took us 25 minutes to get to Colonial Williamsburg, 12 minutes to get to Jamestown, and 40 minutes to Yorktown.This was a great fit for us given the size of our crew and ages of our children!
