Spend your winter vacation at the beach! Relax in this beautiful, renovated 2nd floor studio condo which is located in the quiet Gated Beach Club of Sawgrass Country Club just steps away from the beach. Enjoy your holiday vacation, staycation, or a longer stay to recharge and reconnect! Minimum 3 night rental, longer stays are welcome.

This studio condo is located across the street from Sawgrass private beach access. You will have access to Sawgrass Private Beach and a community pool (1.5m from condo).

Renovated condo with High vaulted ceilings, screened in private porch, high speed wifi, built in desk for a fantastic remote work experience. Full kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Keurig Coffee maker. Stacked washer and dryer. Bathroom has a separate vanity area, closet for your clothing etc, and a new walk in shower. Two beach chairs and beach towels are provided. This Studio sleeps 4 people. One queen bed and one pull out sofa.

Centrally located to area activities, grocery stores, shops, restaurants! Close to TPC Players, Jacksonville,TIAA Bank Field, Mayo Clinic, PV Concert Hall, St.Augustine and Amelia Island. Enjoy all that Ponte Vedra Beach has to offer!

**NO 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS** Person booking condo must be the guest that is staying at the condo. The number of guests must be disclosed at booking.. Maximum 4 guests which includes children.

*This is a 2nd floor condo with high vaulted ceilings however there are stairs. This is NOT a ground floor unit.There is no elevator. Please note that vacationers have access to the private beach but do not have access to the amenities offered at Sawgrass Beach Club as it is a members-only private club.

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Great location. The condo provided all the comforts of home away from home. The beach was quiet, the pool was easy to access and overall we couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating place to stay . Looking forward to booking here again. This condo is the best spot for a relaxing beach trip! It was perfect for our family and offered everything we needed for our stay. The unit is super clean, well appointed and stocked with all the essentials. The communication from the owner was fantastic! One of the best features of this condo is the location and proximity to the beach. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this property!

This quiet Sawgrass Beach Gate condo is exactly as described in the listing. The location is across from the beach club and just steps to the sand. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom included extra touches that made me feel so welcome. The owner provided everything I could possibly require for my stay.

If you are a beach person this place is for you; just a two minute walk to a stunning beach. The condo is ideal. Spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully appointed. A super nice screened in porch with patio furniture. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a getaway for just a few days or up to a few weeks it was absolutely ideal. The host was responsive to any questions that I had and so easy to work with value marvelous as you can tell from my glowing review, I was very happy with the selection, I’m sure you will be too

Located on the Second floor with high vaulted ceilings and a screened in patio. This is a recently renovated condo with new flooring. No carpet!!
