The downstairs area has granite countertops, crown moldings, leather sofas, an in-unit washer/dryer, and tile floors, which keeps the temperature cool and comfortable all year round. The unit is located on a quiet dead-end road with no through traffic, and is family friendly with an enclosed courtyard that faces the other units.
