Our beautiful one bedroom condominium features two baths, an extra large private lanai overlooking the pool and gardens (perfect for breakfast or lunch) and the convenience of a complete stainless kitchen.

Complete stainless kitchen includes: electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Unit is fully equipped with chinaware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.
Units are decorated with mirrors, plants, and lovely paintings by local artists.
Units also have A/C, ceiling fans, color TV, stereo, private phone plus lots of extras.
Our one bedroom unit has a king sized bed in bedroom with a queen-sized sofa hide-a-bed in living room.

All towels and linens are provided including beach towels.

Just minutes away are three championship golf courses in spectacular Wailea and Makena settings and along the nine-mile chain of beaches, there are snorkeling, scuba diving, sail and deep sea sport fishing charters on call.
Resort Fee - the resort requires that all guests register at the office upon arrival. At that time you will receive a resort map, the combination for the pool and the side gates plus a parking slip for your reserved parking space #476. The Kamaole Sands office will charge you a resort fee of $40 (plus tax) for any reservations made by November 12, 2021. Beginning with any reservations made after November 12, 2021, the resort fee will be collected at time of booking so that the resort staff will not need to collect them upon arrival.
