Very nice house with an outstanding outdoor area. We didn't spend much time at all inside as the outdoor area was incredible. House is in an awesome location, just 10-15 minutes from the beaches, with a Publix just minutes away. We will definitely stay at this house when we return to Sarasota.

We absolutely loved this property! Some things to note-Many beach chairs, pool towels, etc. (Everything you need for outside!) -The house seems to be close to the airport as we could hear planes frequently. -Black out curtains in all of the rooms really helped with sleep! -Very private location and quiet neighborhood -Plenty of towels, and a very well stocked kitchen -Accessible washer/dryer complete with sensitive skin detergent -Everything was very clean!!!

Maya, thank you for your wonderful review of Sea Pointe. I’m glad the beach chairs, pool towels and well stocked kitchen met your needs, and that the blackout curtains, accessible washer dryer with sensitive skin detergent, and overall cleanliness helped you relax. Thanks for noting the quiet private location and for mentioning the planes. We will look into ways to lessen their impact for future guests. We would love to host you again.

Perfect size for the two girl sewing retreat we had. Very comfortable and very well equipped. Enjoyed it so much we plan to return next year! Our only comment is that the floor runners are very slippery and, therefore, a little dangerous; we moved them out of the way while we were there.

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay

The house was thoughtfully organized with everything we needed for a great stay. Love the pool, coffee bar and cozy decorating style and layout. Close enough to all that we wanted to do - short drive to town or destinations east of town. Comfortable beds. The outdoor TV and covered patio were great place to hang after a long day.
