This two-story townhome features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open floor plan, loft with TV, indoor laundry, one-car garage, and an expansive screened porch with a fire table and grill. Located directly across from the pool and just 10 minutes from Vero Beach’s beautiful beaches, the home offers both convenience and a relaxing setting within a guard-gated community.
Surrounded by mature oaks, wetlands, lakes, and scenic walking paths, Grand Harbor sits along the western banks of the Indian River Lagoon and is a certified Audubon International Sanctuary. The community is known for its peaceful setting, wildlife, and natural beauty.
Take a walk around the marina and watch for dolphins and manatees along the water, or relax by the fire table overlooking the golf course with a glass of wine at the end of the day. You may spot White Pelicans, Bald Eagles, Sandhill Cranes, Spoonbills, and many of the other birds that call Grand Harbor home.
Morning coffee on the screened porch and evening walks through the neighborhood are some of our favorite parts of staying here.
Grand Harbor Country Club membership is not included with the rental. Summer membership is available to purchase.
