Inside the primary bedroom you'll find a walk-in closet w/sliding-barn door & a lavish ensuite w/dual sinks. All four bedrooms have beds with adjustable lift bases. (2 Kings, 3 queens. Host fun gatherings in this spacious backyard w/sparkling blue pool, covered patio,

Wonderful Home

This is a beautiful house with lots of space, very well stocked and a nice outdoor back yard. In a very cute neighborhood with so much close by. Communication with Kim was quick and easy and as a nice bonus, the house was very thoughtfully decorated for our holiday stay. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this house to anyone.

Well supplied, clean and easy!

Host was flexible and accommodating to our travel schedule. House was spotless and everything was in working order. The kitchen is well supplied of utensils and can dinners. Sheets were clean and I really appreciated the plush new towels. Host left some goodies for us upon check in -thanks!- Note that the property is close to a busy street and though the noise is not an issue inside the house, it does affect the nice patio and pool area.

This home is amazing!! Newly renovated and everything the listing promised! Very cool decor, spacious and felt right at home the moment I e arrived. We didnt use the pool as it was chilly weather but def so nice to have included. Patio furniture was also new and comfy. Communication with the owner was great from the start. Quick and helpful responses. So close to EVERYTHING. Great hiking, food etc. felt so blessed to spend time here with my family. Thanks for everything!!!

Stayin’ Boujee w/ the Bestie

This residence is beautifully modern while incorporating some charming vintage touches. It offers ample space to accommodate large groups, featuring multiple seating and sleeping arrangements. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. We encountered a temporary issue with the refrigerator, but the hosts promptly assisted us in resolving it, and it was operational again the following day. The outdoor area is excellent for relaxation. However, we noticed the pool could have been cleaner, though cleaning supplies were provided.It is important to note that the property is situated on a busy road, which may result in noticeable headlights at night and traffic noise during the day. Additionally, although the property is pet-friendly, we found a significant amount of stray animal hair, particularly in the master bedroom. We hope this can be addressed for future guests, as it affected our clothing and comfort during our stay. Overall, our experience was delightful, and we extend our gratitude to Kim for hosting us—it truly provided a perfect getaway for our vacation.

This lavish home has four Bedrooms, and four bathrooms. Also room to set up an air bed in the living room , providing accommodations for 10 guests, total.
10 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Close to many hiking trails, or canals to walk, or take a ride on the cruiser bikes.
Pool is in an amazing spacious setting.
Incredible Sonos sound system, for your listening pleasure.
