This property is within walking distance to Mack's Marina, the only full-service marina with a bar and restaurant (The Cross-Eyed Bear) on the water. This property has 3 bedrooms, 2 queen and 1 full size beds, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a Roku TV and short walk down the back yard to a new single covered boat dock with additional boat parking available!

We have a 6-person hot tub on the back patio and a fire pit in the back yard. (Firewood is available) Perfect for roasting hotdogs and making s'mores!

Kayaking is allowed, however we do not provide kayaks. If you like to swim, you can enjoy the 10ft deep water right off our dock.

We are in the heart of wine country with plenty of wineries to visit along the Shawnee Wine Trail. You can enjoy hiking, fishing, zip lining and so much more, all nearby!

We are also one of the few properties available to rent on the north side of the lake. That means that we have the best access to interstate 57 (4 minutes) and 10 minutes to downtown Marion. We are also 2 minutes from a Dollar General. Making it easy to grab anything extra that you might need for your stay.
