Alpine Haus is the perfect retreat for any season. Located in one of Big Bear's most desirable areas, you'll be within walking distance of Bear Mountain Resort, hiking trails, the zoo, and the golf course. This charming rustic cabin blends mountain character with modern comfort, providing everything you need for a memorable getaway.
LIVING SPACE – Over 900 sq ft of cozy comfort featuring a welcoming living room with TV, dining table, and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. Plush seating invites you to unwind after a day of adventure.
ROOMS & BEDS – 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Upstairs first bedroom: queen bed, twin bed, TV. Upstairs second bedroom: queen bed, twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are provided for your comfort.
KITCHEN – A well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more—ready for all your cooking needs.
AMENITIES – TV with streaming apps, fast WiFi, surround sound home entertainment with smartphone capability, plus board games and card games for a cozy night in. Relax by the crackling wood-burning fireplace for the perfect mountain atmosphere.
OUTDOORS – Enjoy a large backyard and a front deck with patio chairs, ideal for taking in the crisp alpine air. Fire up the propane barbecue with ceramic briquettes for faster, even cooking. The spacious yard provides plenty of room for kids to play and for everyone to soak in the beauty of the outdoors.
PARKING – 2-car driveway. EV charger (Level 2, 240 Volt, 50 amp) with J1772 connector. Tesla drivers will need to bring an adapter.
